Dr. Pawan Vats was born in a decent family on 6 December 1966 in Samalka village, Delhi. He did schooling from his village Samalka, Delhi. Thereafter he did his post graduation (M. A) and B.Ed. After completing his education, he started a new innings of life as a teacher. His father was his role model and inspired him to serve his motherland and community.
Dr. Pawan Vats worked with true dedication and hard work as the Principal of Heera Public School, stepping into the field of education to fulfill his father's objectives.
Dr. Pawan Vats has completed his master's degree this year.
This year, Dr. Pawan Vats was very active in social work and along with the establishment of eye dispensary, Mrs. Mishri Devi Trust, he also established temple and cowshed in Govardhan.
Taking steps in the field of education lit the lamp of knowledge by establishing Mrs. Mishri Devi Gyan Niketan School in Najafgarh area of Delhi in the memory of his late mother Mrs. Mishri Devi.
This year Dr. Pawan Vats took charge as a member of GURUKUL Mahavidyalaya Jawalapur Haridwar.
Started organizing Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in the premises of Heera Public School and from that day till date, every year, Katha has been organized.
Dr. Pawan Vats was awarded the doctorate degree in this year.
In these years, looking at the problems of the villagers and for their redressal, he established a free hospital in the memory of his mother and progressed the village Samalkha and took it a step further.
Taking a step in the field of upliftment of education, he founded the HSV Global School in sector-46, Gurgaon.
Taking another step towards religious work, Dr. Pawan Vats took charge as a committee member in Ramlila Ayodhya.
Dr. Pawan Vats took over as the president of Gurukul Mahavidyalaya Jawalpur Haridwar instead of the committee member.
Taking another unprecedented step in the field of education, Dr. Pawan Vats established HSV International School Sector 104 Gurgaon.
